We dispatch orders for 1-3day delivery via DPD courier. (UK Mainland only)
If you change your mind, return the goods for a refund less the shipping cost. You will have to pay the shipping for the return of the goods. You have 14 days to return the goods, after which time refunds may only be granted at our discretion.
If you do return goods, please make sure you insure them.
If the goods are damaged, you can return them. You should ideally not accept the goods from the courier if the packaging is damaged and have them returned. Once we receive the goods, we will either dispatch a replacement or offer a full refund, whichever you prefer. Again, you have 14 days to return the goods, after which time refunds may only be granted at our discretion.
If you do not receive the goods in a timely fashion (or at all), we will investigate with the courier and, at our discretion, re-send the order. Should you then receive both orders, you may either purchase the second order, or simply return it.
We accept no liability for loss of business should a delivery not be made on time. Our total liability will be limited to the cost of the order.
Acts of God and Force Majeur. Should something happen beyond our control which prevents us from fulfilling our duties to you, we will do all we can to inform you of any problem. We will not be liable for any costs or loss of business arising from such problems.
When purchasing using this online shop, you will receive an invoice which constitutes the contract between us. Orders placed by phone, email, text or other messaging service will be processed using our invoicing system. You will receive a printed copy of the invoice with the order, whichever method of ordering and payment is used.
We do reserve the right not to fulfil the goods and refund in case their is a pricing issue or supply issue.
